 Description
The Conflict Resolution Center is an all-volunteer community organization that provides neutral, third person conflict resolution and mediation services for free in Nevada County Courts, and on a sliding-scale basis for private citizens and businesses in our offices. CRC also offers group facilitation of conflict in the community, and mediation training.

Disabilities Access: We have donated space in a Victorian house close to the courthouse. Should you prefer mediation access without stairs, CRC is happy to make that arrangement. Thanks you for your tolerance. All of our trainings have full wheelchair access.

Application Process: At the court, the judge will refer to mediation for TRO, Unlawful Detainers, and Small Claims. Court cases can be referred to CRC by persons opening a case. Any person may call (530) 477-6517 to open a case with CRC at our offices.

Documents Required: None at our offices, court cases need their court papers only.
Normal Wait Time: None at the court, and at the office up to a couple of weeks, depending on finding a mutual time to meet for all parties.
