HOTLINE: Offers a 24 hour crisis hotline answered by advocates that are trained in crisis intervention, safety planning, resource referral and proactive advocacy. The advocates can help with counseling, legal referrals, service coordination, emergency housing, rapid rehousing, safety planning, emotional support, friends and family support, emergency assistance services, bilingual services (Interpreters Available).

Advocates are also available via chatline for those experiencing IPV who may not have access or the ability to call the 24/7 Crisis Hotline. Through the Chatline, Advocates can help with the same services as the Crisis Hotline, except Rapid Rehousing and Emergency Shelter.The chatline hours are Monday — Friday: Open all day and Saturday — Sunday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
