Every last Tuesday and Friday of the month, 9 am-12 pm. (please arrive before 11:30 am)

Application Process: Walk-in.
Program Fees: No fee.
Documents Required: Must provide proof of residency, picture ID and income verification from the last 6 months for each household member 18 and older. An ID or Medical card must be provided for each member of the household.
