Description
The Truckee Donner Public Utility District's Energy Savings Program (ESP) provides energy and water efficiency upgrades and utility bill assistance to qualifying households.
The program is available to Truckee Donner Public Utility District (TDPUD) account holders who are primary residents and meet income or program eligibility requirements.
Services include:
- Free in-home assessments from certified energy specialists
- Free products to reduce energy and water use, such as:
- Up to 50 LED light bulbs
- Low-flow showerheads and sink aerators
- Weather stripping, door sweeps, and hot water pipe insulation
- An annual credit equal to the largest bill from the past 12 months (up to $200)
