Description
Nevada County Behavioral Health provides Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment and support services for Nevada County residents.
Services are available for adults, youth, and families and include assessment, treatment, and care coordination for people who are Medi-Cal beneficiaries or may be eligible for Medi-Cal.
Services include:
- Withdrawal management
- Residential, outpatient, and perinatal treatment programs
- Transitional living and prevention services
- Outpatient drug and alcohol services for youth
- Support for people with both mental illness and substance use disorders
- Walk-in assessment clinic for residential treatment referrals
Rural Homeless Opiate Program (RHOP):
- Case management and care coordination for people with an Opioid Use Disorder (OUD)
- Connects participants to Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), residential or outpatient care, and long-term treatment options
