Lake Wildwood Manor provides an assisted living residential care facility, including memory and dementia care, for ages 60 and older. Offers individualized “Resident Plan of Care” and regular observations for changes in physical, mental, emotional and social functioning, with input from geriatric professionals. 24-hour care and supervision promotes individual independence. Families are encouraged to participate as often as possible.
