Program Hours:
Foothills Compassionate Care is available "on-call" seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Nurses and social workers are always available to respond to a call for help.

Program Delivery
Eligibility: Has to be certified by doctor as terminally ill, with a life expectancy of 6 months or less, and have stopped any curative treatment. Adults Teens Children Families Females Males
Languages: Spanish, English
Application Process: Must call Hospice at (530) 274-5139 and ask for the Intake Coordinator who will help begin the process.
Payment methods:
Program Fees: Most of our services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid and many private health insurance companies. You can also choose to pay privately. Our staff can help assist patients, families, and physicians in determining eligibility and researching all available financial resources.
