Description
Provides case management services for adults without children who are currently experiencing homelessness.
Services include:
- Help with housing placement and barriers to housing
- Help with resources for basic needs, personal needs, education, health care, and more
- Help with communication to landlords
- Follow-up case management services for 6-12 months.
Please note: Services are provided through the Coordinated Entry System (CES). In Shasta County, this is called the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS.)
This program does not conduct CES Intake Assessments. To complete a CES intake assessment, call 211 to speak to a live Call Agent.
