Eligibility:

To be eligible for this program, a person must:
- Be a member of a low income family, or a senior (55+ for Maidu Village)
- Be determined to qualify under the Department of Housing and Urban Development Agency (HUD) requirements and laws
- Have a verified income (including standard wages and all other sources, such as child support, pensions, social security, and asset income) prior to being accepted for residency Adults Teens Children Families Females Males

Application Process:

A simple two page application form is available in the community offices however, will not be distributed unless a specific vacant unit is being applied for.

Documents Required:
|
Documentation of any and all sources of income for every member of the houusehold. Examples of this documentation can include Social Security and other programs Award Letters, Pay Stubs, Asset documentation, etc.
