Strives to find permanent families for the children in the program. Focuses on strength building to improve the well-being of the entire family. The process “wraps” each child and family with tailored services to foster solutions and provide ongoing case management.

Services and goals include:

• Create a strength-based plan while promoting the family voice and choice.
• Develop, implement, and regulate the individual plans for each family.
• Provide services and support to families so that their children can return to live in a safe, stable, and permanent family home.
• Move children from group care to family-driven care and shorten the amount of time each child is in the Residential Treatment Program.
