Eligibility:
|
Individuals must be a Baltimore City resident or homeless in Baltimore City and a victim of intimate partner or sexual violence. Individuals must be experiencing homelessness as a result of the violence. Must be a victim of IPV incident in the last six months; and must be homeless or imminently homeless due to the IPV experienced.

Application Process:

Complete an in person or phone interview with HRM staff. To refer an eligible individual, send an email with the subject “VCE Referral [Your Organization]” to vce@hruthmd.org. Include in email the individual's name, date of birth, family size, contact information, including contact restrictions, current location, housing barriers, and Victim Coordinated Entry services requested.

Typically it takes 30-60 days to move from homelessness to being housed.
