Description
Provides a specialized team to meet specialized mental health care needs of older adults ages 60 and older. Services include:
  • Counseling (in-person or by telehealth)
  • Psychiatric services
  • Social rehabilitation
  • Case management
  • Mental Health Access Line available 24/7.
Offers counseling in-person or via telehealth. Specialists are available to advocate for clients in the Mental Health system.

Documents Required: -Call for information or support
-For emergency services after business hours, holidays and weekends, go to the emergency room for medical assessment
-If in need of mental health support up until 9pm one may go to Hill Country CARE Center
