Offers up to 30 days of on-campus housing for students experiencing a brief, unexpected housing crisis. Program is offered on a first come, first served basis and can be utilized once during an eligible student's academic career. Applications will be prioritized based on the students' needs and circumstances.

Program Delivery
Eligibility: Requirements:
- Must be a currently enrolled student at Sacramento State.
- Minimum enrollment of six units; priority will be given to full-time students (12+ units).
- Students with a conduct history will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Must meet with the case manager once a week during their stay.
- No additional family members are allowed.
- No pets (service animals and ESAs are allowed with appropriate documentation).
- Must be able to cohabitate with a roommate.
- May be asked to complete additional screening processes for housing and roommate matching.
- Must follow all University Housing Services policies and procedures.

Application Process: Complete the Emergency Rehousing Interest Form on the website. The student will be contacted by a case manager via email and will have to schedule an appointment for a screening meeting.

Due to high demand, if no beds are available, the student will be screened by a case manager and added to a waitlist; this does not guarantee enrollment in the program.
