Must not:
Have warrants,
Be on parole,
Be a sex offender,
Have history of violent charges,
Use drugs or alcohol,

Availability: Up to 1 time every 5 year(s).
Languages: English and Spanish
Application Process: Application, interview with a Case Manager, and random drug testing will be done. Applicants must be willing to seek legal employment daily if able-bodied. Must be willing to save 80% of income for future housing.
