Are members of iFoster
Have no more than four (4) baby teeth
Have good dental hygiene (certified by applicant's general dentist)
Need orthodontic treatment (certified by applicant's general dentist)
Have no unfilled cavities
Not currently wearing braces
Willing to pay required financial investment
Languages: No ASL available, English
