Description
Integrates lived experience, cognitive behavioral strategies, and relational mentoring to support individuals navigating complex life challenges. Through structured curricula like the Crossroads Program and tools such as the Real Colors Personality Instrument, participants explore internal motivators—values, attitudes, and communication styles- to foster meaningful behavior change. Peer mentors, often with firsthand experience of recovery or justice-involved systems, offer nonjudgmental support, modeling resilience and wellness while co-creating pathways toward accountability, healing, and purpose.
