Eligibility: Car seat purchase requires individuals to complete car seat safety class, be income eligible or receive services from a social service program, and be the parent or legal guardian of child
Must live in San Bernardino County

Application Process: Phone registration required in advance for class, appointment is required to pick up car seat

Must provide child/children's name, date of birth, weight and height
Payment methods: Set program fee
Program Fees: $35.00 a class
Documents Required: For Violator Intervention Certificate: Photo ID, court documentation with case number, and the current car seat being used is required
