Must live in San Bernardino County and assistance is based on income and household size
HEAP - Must provide complete utility bill for gas and electric (all pages of the electric bill)
If client receives disconnect notice, must attend workshop by appointment only
Must have shut off notice
LI-HEAP for Seniors 60+ and older, disabled individuals receiving SSI or SSDI, or households with children 5 and under
