Chapa-De Indian Health provides optometry services at their Auburn health center for adults and children as young as 4 years old.

Services include:

  • Comprehensive eye health and vision examinations
  • Diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases and vision disorders

  • Prescribing glasses, contact lenses, and medication
  • Performing minor surgical procedures
