A 6-week in-person support group for those who have experienced the loss of a loved one.

Provides a supportive environment to meet and share with others grieving the death of a loved one.
Topics include:

  • Understanding the nature of grief
  • Acknowledging and recognizing feelings
  • How to adjust to changes that come with loss
  • How to maximize support during the holidays and future vacations
