Eligibility: Open to chronically homeless individuals in San Luis Obispo County. Program uses Coordinated Entry to ensure the most vulnerable population is given priority.

Program Fees: Rent charges are based on HUD regulations that require all tenant rent will not exceed 30% of gross income. While in housing program, all utilities and case management services are free.
