FREED's Landlord Liaison Program (LLP) helps people experiencing or at risk of homelessness access and maintain stable housing.

Services include:

  • Assistance with first month’s rent and security deposits
  • Temporary rental subsidies
  • Credit-building support and limited debt repayment
  • Home accessibility modifications (smoke detectors, mobility aids, appliances)
  • Landlord incentives to increase housing opportunities for people on the HMIS By-Name List

No income limits apply. Program participation begins after enrollment in the coordinated entry system.
