Eligibility:

Open to households that meet all of the following requirements:
- Past-due balance of at least $100
- PG&E residential account in the name of an adult living in the household
- Household income at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level
- Minimum payment of $50 toward overdue balance (maximum matched amount is $1,000)
Additional details:
- Customers in payment plans may apply
- Customers in the Arrearage Management Plan (AMP) are not eligible
- Households that received a 2025 REACH grant may be pre-qualified

1–2 people: $42,301-$84,600
3 people: $53,301-$106,600
4 people: $64,301-$128,600
5 people: $75,301-$150,600
6 people: $86,301-$172,600
7 people: $97,301-$194,600
8 people: $108,301-$216,600
9 people: $119,301-$238,600
10 people: $130,301-$260,600
Each additional person: add $11,000-$22,000
