Opportunity Resource Center helps residents get coordinated support for childcare, housing, TFA benefits, and more. Services provided at the enter brings together state and local agencies in one place, including Department of Housing and Care 4 Kids. CT Health Program Eligibility Pre-screener is a quick way for residents to check which benefit programs they may qualify for, like housing, and childcare, then individuals who have a need from two or more agencies offered at the Opportunity Center can then schedule an appointment. The appointment options are in person or online with representatives from Department of Social Services, Department of Housing and Care 4 Kids.
