Offers evidence-based care to youth 12-17 to remain connected to home, school, and their community. Services provided include:

  • Individual counseling

  • Group counseling

  • Family therapy

  • 12-step support

  • Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), when appropriate

  • Relapse prevention and life skills development

Program Delivery
Eligibility: Open to youth who:

Are between 12 and 17 years old
Are experiencing a substance use disorder
Are medically and psychiatrically stable, and able to participate in treatment
Have Medi-Cal, approved insurance, or the ability to self-pay
Languages: English
Application Process: Call for intake
Program Fees: Fees vary based on services, accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, and private insurance
