The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) serving both Yuba and Sutter Counties matches eligible job seekers with local nonprofits and public agencies. These host agencies help one increase skills and build self-confidence, while earning income.

Eligibility requirements

  • Adults ages 55 and up who are unemployed
  • Household income of 125% or less of federal poverty income guidelines
