OVERVIEW: Operates a Christmas program that collects new, unopened toys from private and corporate donors.

Open Date: September - Date campaign begins accepting toy applications
Close Date: November - Date campaign stops accepting toy applications.

Response Start Date: December - Date begin reviewing and responding to applications.
Response End Date: December - Date complete reviewing and responding to applications.

DISTRIBUTION DATES
Start Date: December - First date of toy distribution. Approved applicants will be notified of specific distribution dates and locations. Check website for additional distribution details.
End Date: December - Date when all toy distributions are expected to be completed.

TOY DROP SITE DATES
Last Collection Date: December - Date campaign will complete pickup from toy drop locations.
If you still have toys that need to be picked up Contact Us to arrange to either have them picked up, or have them dropped off to the campaign.

Toys are given to needy children in December. Sign up to receive toys starts November and the final registration date is December. Please visit website (www.frederick-md.toysfortots.org) for upcoming news and events as well as instructions to sign up or donate. The website supports Google translate and can be translated into many different languages. Photo ID of parent/guardian AND proof of guardianship (Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, etc...) required at time of pick up. Individuals are not eligible to receive Holiday Assistance from Toys for Tots if they are already receiving that type of assistance from another organization.

2) DONATIONS and DROP OFF: Donations are received October through the 14th of December. UNWRAPPED toys may be dropped off at many locations within the county. For further details about drop off locations visit the website (www.frederick-md.toysfortots.org) or call 301-619-2687.
