Description
Provides 24/7 hotline to report elder or dependent adult abuse. Receives and investigates reports of abuse or neglect related to seniors (age 60 and older) or dependent adults (age 18-59 including self-neglect. Based on assessment, staff develop a plan to protect the rights, interests, safety, and welfare of client.

Provides safety and protection for adults who are experiencing or are at risk of:

Physical injury
Sexual abuse
Poor nutrition
Dehydration
Untreated medical conditions
Misuse of medicines
Abandonment or general neglect

Application Process:	Call the 24/7 Abuse Reporting Hotline to report suspected elder or dependent adult abuse and/or neglect, or fill out online reporting form and submit via fax or email.
