A nonprofit organization that provides direct assistance to a community's most vulnerable residents—those who live in poverty and those who are struggling to make ends meet.  To receive assistance from this conference, clients must reside within zip codes 95652, 95660, 95842, or 95843.

Clients can only request one form of assistance, not both. Assistance includes:
  • Partial Rent Assistance
  • Partial Utility Assistance

At this time, home visits are not being conducted.
