Description
Provides occupational licensing services for manufactured home manufacturers, dealers, and salespersons doing business in California.  Provides responses to occupational licensing inquiries and gives general business information about manufacturers, dealers, or salespersons.

Administers the Manufactured Home Recovery Fund to reimburse direct losses for people who have already taken a manufacturer, dealer, or salesperson to court and received a judgment in their favor but have been unable to collect on the judgment.
