Offers transitional housing and a wide range of supportive services to former foster youth. A robust staffing model ensures participants are properly assessed and put on the right path to becoming self-reliant.
Health Services: - Offers internal onsite mental health/counseling and substance use services.
Services and workshops that are provided include: - Life Skills courses
- Connection to an Education Specialist
- Connection to an Employment Specialist who will focus on getting each participant employed and focused on long-term career opportunities
- Connection to Housing and Credit Specialists who will work with each participant to ensure a successful transition to permanent housing
- Connection to a full array of benefits such as; transportation for necessary appointments, school, employment; access to a computer lab; clothing, and furniture
