Description

Offers free and low-cost, accessible services to the Sacramento community. Provides a range of educational testing and counseling services such as personal counseling, career counseling, couple/family counseling, outreach programming, groups, tutoring services, workshops, and career, educational, and therapeutic assessment and diagnosis.

All services are provided by trained graduate students, under the supervision of experienced faculty. Works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Does not provide crisis or emergency mental health services.

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am - noon, 1 pm - 5 pm;
Summer Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - noon, 12:30 pm - 4 pm

Payment methods:
Program Fees: For community members: counseling and psychotherapy services cost $5 per session, with payment due at the time of service.
For current Sacramento State students: counseling services are free.

The cost for educational testing services is $200. This includes two testing sessions that are approximately 3.5 hours, as well as a 30-minute conference.
Documents Required: Parental consent form for children receiving services.
