Program Delivery
Eligibility: Women ages 18+, living in Sacramento County who are pregnant or parenting at least one child under 18 years of age.
Languages: Translation services are available for multiple languages. American Sign Language Interpreter available on request, English
Application Process: Individuals with active Medi-Cal may telephone directly for intake and to determine eligibility.
Individuals who do not have active Medi-Cal may receive a referral through the Sacramento County System of Care.
Payment methods: Accepts Medi-Cal
Program Fees: Set program fee. Accepts Private pay, Sacramento County funding, or Sacramento County Medi-Cal.
