Eligibility: Ages 18+. (Exception: Youth Program at North Behavioral Health Center.)
Languages: Translation services are available for multiple languages. American Sign Language Interpreter available on request, Spanish, English
Application Process: Patients who have active Medi-Cal can contact program directly to schedule an intake.
Patients who do not have active Medi-Cal may obtain a referral from Sacramento County System of Care.
