Eligibility:

Ages 18+ with a substance use disorder. Requires referral from the Sacramento County System of Care.

Translation services are available for multiple languages. American Sign Language Interpreter available on request, Spanish, English

Application Process:
|
To qualify for services, adult clients must participate in a preliminary assessment conducted by the Sacramento County System of Care.
