Register at specific school site of intended enrollment.

Fees for some programs, and classes. Call for details about specific programs.

Documents Required:
|
Enrollment forms for the specific school are required. When returning the Enrollment form, include the following:
1) Current address verification
Proof of residency: as defined in Ed Code 48204.1: (only one is required)
- Property tax payment receipts
- Current rental property contract, lease, or payment receipts
- Current utility service contract, statement, or payment receipts
- Current pay stubs
- Voter registration
- Current correspondence from a government agency
- Declaration of residency executed by the parent or legal guardian of a pupil
2) Proof of birth
Proof of Birth: as defined in Ed Code 48002 (only one of the below is required)
- Certified copy of birth record or statement by the local register or county recorder certifying the birth date
- Baptism certificate duly attested
- Passport
- An affidavit of the parent, guardian, or custodian of the minor
- Or, any other means of providing the age of the child as proscribed by the governing board of the school district
3) Immunization records
