Family Resource Center (FRC) offers a variety of free programs to families with children ages 0-17 that live in Sacramento County. Services include:
  • Crisis intervention, resources, and referrals
  • CPS Approved Parenting Class
  • School readiness workshops
  • Study Jam
  • Nutrition/cooking classes
  • Stress management & fun classes
  • Holiday and cultural celebrations
  • Socialization & recreational activities
  • Free baby car seats available after completion of the class
  • Teen Success group
  • Health and Fitness Classes
  • Domestic violence counseling
Birth & Beyond In-Home Visitation
Helps overburdened families with children under the age of 17, improve their parenting skills and identify community resources in order to reduce instances of abuse and neglect in the community.

Parent Education – Parenting workshops available at no charge that cover a variety of parenting issues.
