Eligibility: Homeless single men and women; 18 years and older.

Application Process: Entry into The Salvation Army's Center of Hope is via the Coordinated Access System (CAS). Those who are literally homeless can call 211 Sacramento to complete a shelter survey, which is entered into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). When bed availability opens, 211 will facilitate placement into the shelter based on the eligibility requirements of the shelter site.

Documents Required: Negative TB test. Free TB tests given by Mercy Clinic - Loaves & Fishes. Negative Covid-19 test provided upon entry to shelter.
