Tuition-free workforce development job skills training in culinary arts and construction.
Culinary Arts Training program (CATP): 16-week program and 40 hours per week. Program includes class and lab instruction and an externship outside of the classroom. Work in food service operations including restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and grocery stores. Monthly enrollment.
Construction Training Program (CTP): 4-week, hands-on training program. Provides students with an introduction to the construction trades as a career path. Upon completion, students receive both Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10 certification and Construction Trade certification cards. Job placement opportunities with local Union members. Two sessions per year, Spring and Fall.
