Description: Located at the corner of Folsom Boulevard and Hornet Drive.
Bus Service: SacRT Bus 26 and 210.

Program Delivery
Eligibility: Anyone with communication challenges/disorders. No age restriction.
Languages: Contact for additional language information, English
Application Process: Send an email with information regarding the type of speech-language therapy required. Individuals will then be emailed a questionnaire (available in English or Spanish) to fill out. Once the intake form is submitted, the clinic will evaluate each applicant's answers for possible enrollment.
Payment methods:
Program Fees: A donations-only community clinic; no fee for services.
Donations can be dropped off at the clinic (during clinic operating hours) for processing by Sacramento State Office of Advancement or donations can be made online.
