Provides resources to at-risk Veterans who would benefit from support during challenging times. The program is designed to provide support and interventions to prevent escalation of suicidality.

Services provided include:
  • Assistance with obtaining VA benefits for eligible Veterans
  • Assistance with obtaining other benefits such as Social Security Disability, General Assistance, Housing, Transportation and more. Temporary Income Support Assistance
  • Case Management Services to identify areas where resources are needed 
  • Temporary Mental Health (Clinical) Support for Stabilization, if needed
  • Veteran Peer Support Services
