Chapa-De Indian Health's main priority is to provide free services to American Indians and Alaska Natives. Chapa-De offers affordable care to non-Indian individuals and families. Chapa-De also serves low-income patients. Chapa-De accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, a small number of private insurance plans, and those who are uninsured. Uninsured patients can pay directly for any services that they receive at Chapa-De clinics and are offered a sliding fee scale based on annual income and family size. Chapa-De Indian Health encourages you to meet with their eligibility specialists to determine which programs and benefits can help make your healthcare affordable.
