Connecting Point provides programs that support community members in making connections that enhance their lives. We connect seniors and people with disabilities to qualified home care providers, offer personalized career planning and training to participants in the CalWORKs program, and provide information and assistance to connect people with community resources to meet their needs.

Connecting Point services are person-centered, honoring the strengths and goals of every individual we serve. Our role is to provide training, tools, information, and support to assist our consumers in achieving their personal goals.
