SPIRIT Peer Empowerment Center is a community center for people experiencing mental health challenges.

Services include:
  • One-on-one peer support
  • Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) for individuals and groups
  • A variety of support groups
  • Art activities
  • Restorative yoga
  • We are trained in suicide prevention
  • We have a peer supporter on staff who speaks Spanish
  • Anyone may take our free Peer Support 101 training
  • When needed, we refer people to other community services and agencies
  • Support services for people experiencing homelessness

Support services for people experiencing homelessness include:
  • Hot showers (daily until 1:45 pm)
  • Laundry
  • Food pantry
  • Participants may enjoy snacks at the center or can take food items to go

Participants are then given a tour and offered a one-on-one peer support session. Participants are encouraged to explore the options we provide, to see what fits the best for them.
