Description
Planning is one of three divisions in the Community Development Department. The CDD is responsible for the administration of the building and safety, code compliance, and planning duties of the Town. The Planning Division is responsible for advance planning, development review, public information, processing a variety of applications for permits, and development of code compliance. Provides staff support to the Town Council and the Planning Commission.
