Provides an adult day care facility that is licensed with the State of California. Offers socialization opportunities, peer relationships, reduction of isolation, group and individual exercise, nutritious meals and snacks, counseling and support, medication assistance, and an individual needs and services plan. Offers referrals to local support groups for caregivers.

Specialized Dementia Care Program for early onset Alzheimer's Disease or other cognitive impairments. Safe Memory Care Patio for outdoor enjoyment and activities.

Also offers support and training for caregivers on a one-to-one basis.

Eligibility:	Must be over 18 yrs with a diagnosis that makes them dependent on assistance. Adults Females Males

Application Process:	Call to apply. Encouraged to visit first and complete an intake assessment.
Payment methods:
Program Fees:	$65 a day. Offers sliding scale fees. Does not bill MediCal or Medicare. Does accept VA benefits. Clients can apply for financial assistance.
Documents Required:	Must have proof of a current, negative TB test. Need doctor's authorization form. Applications are available to download from the website.
