At the bottom of the PSOM webpage, see the "How to Prepare" section. You will see links to resources for customers. Below those resources, you will also see an option to enter an email address for non-customers to receive notifications. If you are a customer who would like to sign up for alerts, visit www.tdpud.org and click on the My Account button to update your contact information to be notified of emergencies and power shutoffs. Current alerts are only available in English. Report an Issue To report concerns regarding electric or water service, including outage information, call the Truckee Donner PUD, 24 hours a day at (530) 587-3896.
