Provides basic medical care to all Native American residents. Services include:
  • Adult care (acute and chronic)
  • Newborn, children, CHDP and well-child care
  • Urgent care (for minor emergencies)
  • Immunizations for all ages
  • Women's health care
  • Women's family planning, including IUD's
  • Minor Surgery
  • Podiatry
  • Orthopedics
  • Nutrition Counseling
  • Telehealth
  • On-site laboratory
  • On-site full pharmacy
  • Transportation for elders to clinic appointments

Provides Community Health Department which aims to improve health outcomes of registered patients. Health-promoting community-based services and events include:
  • Diabetes self-management and preventative programs
  • Diabetes prevention walk
  • Health-focused youth summer camp
  • Healthy cooking and exercise classes (youth and adults)
  • YMCA assistance program
