Kiosks are installed throughout Shasta County for the safe, convenient disposal of sharps (needles, syringes and lancets). California law prohibits disposal of sharps in trash or recycle bins.

Note: Sharps should be placed in puncture-proof containers; no loose needles. For information about disposal locations, call or visit website: ​
