Description
Offers a temporary shelter for men to stay for up to 30 days. (Single fathers with sons can stay at the shelter. Single fathers with daughters will be accommodated in an alternate location.) They must then leave for 30 days before returning. May stay longer than 30 days if enrolled in a job search or money-savings program.

Please note: During severe weather, policy allows for longer stays. Severe weather can include poor air quality due to wildfire, extreme heat or cold weather.

Services for guests who stay overnight include:
  • Use of laundry facilities
  • Use of mailing address
If one needs bus fare to shelter services from a nearby area (such as Red Bluff), call for information.

Please note: 
Allows service animals with documentation. Must be on a leash and with the owner at all times.

Program Hours:
Seven days a week, 24-hours
Description: -The Resource Center is Adjacent to the original three story Mission building, now called the Hartman House -The Hartman House provides beds on the first and third floors

Disabilities Access: -Designated accessible parking spaces -Site is fully accessible from entrance to all service areas -First floor dorm is ADA approved -Second floor landing has ADA bathroom with showers that can be used by people with access and functional needs

Eligibility: -Open to men and single fathers with children who are experiencing homelessness
-Single fathers with daughters will be accommodated in alternate location

Application Process: -Drop-in to Resource Center for initial intake
-Check-in before 7:30pm, if possible (can check-in later if needed)
Payment methods: No fee
Documents Required: Photo ID/DL for initial intake (if no ID, voucher for DMV is available at Resource Center)
